Until now it's more and more difficult to find a job in France. As the financial sector is concerned, it's easier to find a job in Luxembourg and to hope a professional evolution.
In France if you are graduated it's difficult to find a job according your professional competences, because there are so many people searching jobs, that the employers are very selective and give you no chance, if you don't correspond to their researching criteres.
There is a big difference between the studying world and the working world, without taking account of the unemployment administration. More and more diploms don't allow to find a job. More and more students are interested in saturated sectors, whereas in the sectors, that present a big lack of personal, ther employers don't find people.
There are more additional reasons that explains, why it is so difficult to find a job in France. The companies want young people with an important experience. But they don't take account, that oldest people have professional experience ( but they seem too old for companies) and younger people starting to work have no professional experience. It's difficult and impossible to have the two in the same time.
In otehr circumstances if you are ill and can not make specific jobs or need help it's more and more difficult to find a job. Normally companies must give an opportunity to such people, but they prefer to pay a tax and not to give jobsd.
More and more companies are delocalized. In the same family and particularly if the two parents work, it's impossible to move and find a job, if one work.
Contrary to France it's easier to find a job in Germany and Luxembourg. Frist at all they give financial help to go to the professionnal interview and to move and find an appartment if necesseary. If you don't have enough diploms or experiences, they give you an opportunity to work and ensure you an internal formation.
In conclusion because of the slump it's very difficult to find a job.
